Friander

Produced with constant dedication

Friander meat originates from perfectly healthy, specially selected young Frisian bull calves that have been reared in herds. During the first six weeks, the animals are fed milk until they switch over to a solid diet, in which grains play an important role. The result is meat with a fine texture, a delicious taste and a fresh red color.

Friander is actually more than that; the calves' carefully balanced feed and care for them results in meat with fewer calories, an excellent mixture of animo and fatty acids and a low cholesterol content.

Natural
Friander is a guaranteed natural product, made by using a selfcontained process, meaning that the entire production and distribution procedures are governed by strict standards, leaving nothing to circumstance (SKV controlled).

This is possible because Friander oversees all aspects of the entire production process (livestock, fattening, slaughtering, deboning distribution).

Unique
Friander is difficult to compare with other types of meat: every effort has been made to maintain and improve the merits found in other types of meat while eliminating their disadvantages.

Friander can therefore boast of a greater consistency in quality. It isn't easy to pin a label on Friander, which is why we had to create our own label: FRIANDER
