Group Grown® veal: veal from calves reared
with animal welfare in mind.
All calves reared in accordance with the Group Grown concept of
the VanDrie Group are kept in groups. The professional veal farmer
ensures that the groups have the right composition, in which each
animal feels comfortable. The calves are housed in spacious, well-
ventilated stables. Animal welfare is additionally guaranteed by
the composition of the menu. In addition to calf milk, calves are
fed pure cellulose, in particular green maize, enhancing the natural
development, and therefore the welfare, of the calf.

Group Grown® veal is safe veal. Safety Guard, our own quality
system, guarantees this safety. In addition, SKV, an independent
government agency, carries out intensive controls to ensure that
no prohibited growth-promoting hormones and medicines are used.
The VanDrie Group in the Netherlands exclusively supplies SKV/IKB
calves.
Group Grown® veal is easily digested.
Low in cholesterol and high in vitamins and minerals, Group Grown®
veal is a tasty light product, a product of modern times.
Group Grown® veal is easy to prepare and can be combined
with almost any product.
The success of Group Grown® can partly be attributed to the
